The consent standard
No consent?
No cast.
This beta is designed around explicit, project-specific permission. A profile is not a blanket license, a model-training consent or a public asset library.
Identity and authority
Talent must be 18 or older and must control the rights they offer. Representatives must be able to demonstrate authority. Productions must identify the responsible licensee before a deal is approved.
Scope before generation
Media, territory, term, platforms, intended portrayal, requested capabilities and compensation are defined before usable likeness materials are released.
Red lines
Defamation, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual sexual content, hate, harassment and illegal uses are prohibited. Sensitive categories—including politics, adult content, gambling, medical claims and weapons—are blocked unless the platform permits the category and the talent gives explicit written approval.
Training is separate
Digital-double creation, reusable model training, voice cloning and motion models require a separate, conspicuous opt-in and separate compensation. They are never inferred from joining the beta.
Renewal and revocation
Existing signed uses follow their written term. New production after expiry, an expanded scope or a material creative change requires new approval. Talent may withdraw from future offers without surrendering amounts already earned.
Human review
Applications and briefs are reviewed manually during beta. Automated matching may assist later, but it will not replace consent or final human approval.
