Privacy.

The private-beta application collects the information you submit: role, name, email, country, likeness scope, project interest and optional notes. It does not ask you to upload biometric assets, identity documents, photographs or voice samples.

Why information is used

Applications are used to review fit, contact applicants, plan the founding cohort, assess project demand and protect the platform from abuse. Applying does not grant any likeness rights.

Storage and access

Application records are stored with the website’s hosting provider and are available only for beta operations. Do not submit sensitive identity files or confidential production materials through the initial application.

Retention

Records may be kept while the beta is active and for a reasonable period afterward for operational, security and legal purposes. You may request correction or deletion, subject to records that must be retained.
